The Application Process

Start Online Application

Check if your interested courses are in the course catalog below. Take note of the minimum qualifications and prices for the courses before filling out your application form.

Submit The Form

Be sure to fill select your preferred courses for the February Intake. Deadline is 24th April 2023

Complete Registration

1. Please note that successful registration for the short course requires payment of course fees to the UCU Stanbic Bank account (A/C NO: 9030005917610).

2. Use your name and Short Course Code as the payment reference code: (e.g Atim Betty CPSD404)

3. After payment, kindly return the receipt to the department office at Main Campus
– or scan the receipt and email it to dct-c4psd@ucu.ac.ug

-or send the scanned receipt via WhatsApp to +256 708 114  300
